Terms of Purchase:

These terms and conditions apply to purchase of goods on www.soyaconcept.com for delivery in Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Ireland.

 

Ordering and payment

  • www.soyaconcept.com is open 24/7. However, the webshop may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid payment card to shop with us. If you are under 18, you may shop with the consent of a parent or guardian.
  • All prices are stated in EUR and include 20% Danish VAT.
  • We accept the following payment methods: VISA, VISA Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, PayPal and Klarna.
  • The payment will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse. Any payment card fees are covered by us.

 

How to Complete a Purchase

Select the items you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
You can edit the contents of your shopping cart at any time and continuously review the items and prices.

  1. Add items to your shopping cart.
  2. Click on the shopping cart icon, accept the terms and conditions of sale and delivery, and click “Proceed to Checkout”.
  3. Enter your contact and delivery information and choose a delivery method.
  4. Select your payment method and click “Pay Now”.

The order can be cancelled before the payment information has been confirmed.

 

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation (order confirmation) as a receipt of your order. However, a binding purchase agreement is only concluded once you have received an order confirmation from us.

 

Shipping terms

We ship all international parcels with Postnord. We use insured parcel service and you will receive the track & trace no. as soon as we ship your order.

Your shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.


The following shipping options are offered with PostNord:

Denmark:

  • PostNord home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
  • PostNord business delivery (the package is delivered to your workplace).
  • PostNord parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop).

Germany and Austria:

  • DPD home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
  • DPD parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop).
  • DHL delivery

Holland, Belgium, Sweden and Ireland

  • Postnord/DPD  home delivery (the package is delivered to your residence).
  • Postnord/DPD parcel shop (you choose your place of delivery and the package is delivered to the chosen parcel shop)

NOTE: We reserve the right to cancel an order if freight costs to remote areas exceed a certain size.

 

Shop with care

Return shipments has an impact on both enviroment and economy. We use extra packaging and our emissions increase. Therefore, we would like to encourage shopping with care. We should only order items we expect to be able to keep. On all our products you can find measurements and other useful information about the product. Please use this information when shopping, so we avoid unnecessary returns.

When you shop with care and have no returns, we would like to reward you with a €15 discount on your next purchase. If no returns are registrated on your order, you'll automatically receive your voucher directly in your inbox. We thank you for caring.

Right of Withdrawal

Please read the full terms under our Return Policy.

When shopping online at www.soyaconcept.com, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means you may notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase and return the item(s).

If you wish to return an item, please fill out the enclosed return form and use the enclosed prepaid and insured return label. A return fee of €3.95 will be deducted from your refund.

Please include the delivery note that came with your parcel when returning your items.

You are responsible for the parcel/items until we receive them. Therefore, we recommend that you keep your postal receipt and tracking number. Please return the item unused, in the same condition as received, including all original packaging and price tags.

If you used a discount code when placing your order, we will of course ensure that the discount also applies to your exchange. Simply contact us at online@soyaconcept.com.

 

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please place a new order for the item you would like instead and return the original item using the enclosed return form and return label.

Please note: Write “RETURN PARCEL” clearly on the outside of the package.
We do not accept parcels sent COD (Cash on Delivery).

 

Refunds

Once we receive your return parcel, we will inspect the items and refund the amount paid, minus the return fee. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that it may take up to 14 days from the time you send your return parcel until it has been processed by our warehouse. Processing times may also vary depending on your bank. For payments made with Visa or MasterCard, it may take up to 30 banking days before the amount is released.

Important

If the product is damaged or otherwise cannot be resold, you may lose all or part of your refund:

  • if the items have been used
  • if the items were damaged while in your care
  • if the item has been handled improperly, making it impossible for us to determine its nature, characteristics, or function
  • if the conditions regarding seals, product type, or other return restrictions have not been followed

Right of Withdrawal for Used Items

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, even for items that have been used. If the item has been used, it may still be returned under the right of withdrawal.

As a consumer, you are only entitled to inspect and try on the item in the same way you would in a physical store. After receiving the item, you may only handle it in a way that allows you to determine the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

If the item has been used beyond this, you may only receive a partial refund or no refund at all. The consumer is responsible for any loss in value. The value reduction will be assessed based on the resale value we can obtain for the item.

 

Complaints 

Your purchase of covered by the Sale of Goods Act, including lack rules. This means, that the consumer has 24 months warranty, that you can either have a faulty product repaired or replaced, refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation. Of course, it is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

In January 2016 there were adopted a new legislation in relation to the Consumer Complaints Act. We will always suggest contacting us and solve any complaints but in case there is a dispute we can’t solve. We refer to the EU commission's home page - Online Dispute Resolution http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

You must contact us within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect. We recommend that you advertise as soon as possible, and within 2 months after the defect was discovered. You can complaint by contacting us via email: online@soyaconcept.com. Depending on the specific situation, you will receive further instructions.

 

By justified complaint we will refund reasonable freight costs

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs to send the product back to us. Otherwise, you must bear all costs of transport, including our freight costs for returning the item after the investigation. Remember that the product must always be in good packaging and get a receipt for shipment. You have the responsibility of the package / goods up to our reception. Therefore, keep postal receipt and tracking number.

Note: We do not accept packages sent COD (cash on delivery) or similar.

 

Discount Codes

If you have a discount code for the webshop, it can only be used on full-priced items. Discount codes are not valid on sale items online.

Discount codes cannot be combined with other discount codes and are only valid for the period stated. Please see the specific terms and conditions provided together with your discount code.

 

Use of AI (Artificial Intelligence)

At Soyaconcept, we use AI as a supporting tool in parts of our work. This means that you may experience that images, texts, and elements of our customer service are fully or partially assisted by AI.

AI helps us create content and improve the customer experience, but all content and communication are still reviewed and quality assured by our team.

We operate in accordance with applicable laws and guidelines in this area. If you have any questions or are unsure about our use of AI, you are always welcome to contact us.

 

Personal information

To shop at www.soyaconcept.com you must at least specify:

Telephone / mobile number

The above data is stored with information about the items you have purchased for 5 years from the end of the financial year to which the information relates, see. Bookkeeping Act §10, after which the data is deleted. If you have set up a login with us for self-service, your personal information and ordering information will not be deleted unless you ask us to do so.

Informations will not be disclosed or sold to third parties, except in connection with restructuring or a full or partial sale of the company. Any disclosure in such a situation would be in accordance with applicable privacy laws. As a customer you have the right to access our registration data about you, and you can object to the registration according to the rules of the Act on the processing of personal data and inquiries about this should be directed to the soy concept via online@soyaconcept.com.
